Only one month to go before the big event! The Braderie de Lille 2026 will take place on 5 and 6 September and preparations are entering their final phase. Between new features, brand-new facilities and growing enthusiasm, here is everything you need to know one month before kick-off.
What's new for the 2026 edition
This year, the Braderie de Lille is innovating on several fronts. A new makers' village will be set up on Place de la République, showcasing local craftspeople and young designers from the Nord region. The pedestrian zone will be expanded in the Vieux-Lille to offer more comfort to visitors. The organisers have also planned more musical entertainment, with stages spread across five different neighbourhoods.
Preparations in full swing
At the town hall, the technical teams are working flat out. More than 10,000 pitches have already been allocated to exhibitors, whether professional or private sellers. Road services are preparing the street markings and installing sanitary facilities. The final map will be updated in the coming days with the latest changes.
